Hello People,I sincerely appologize if I touch a subject that has been touched many times before. We have just started an online shop for iPods & Accessories. http://www.ipodshoppers.comFor some reason the website is not being crawled (only by netcraft over a month ago) and is not to be found on any search engine. I have a feeling it is because we use dynamic content (webojbects). And I wonder if its to do with URLs like this: http://www.ipodshoppers.com/app/WebObje ... JGaKuScEl0Futher I have another site http://www.galleryspain.com ( that is being crawled and I get really good ranking on all search engines but the one that matters... Google !I am fairly sure I have not been banned because I haven't been link spamming or anything like that. In fact I didn't really make an effort for this site since its just a hobby site. I just wonder why google has completely ignored my site where all the other engines dont? Thanks for your time.RegardsJaccoYou need to get rid of that redirect from the main URL - Change it for a 301 redirect and you should see more progress.Hi Jessica,I think I just came to the same conclusion thanks to the following link I found on this forum: http://www.gritechnologies.com/tools/sp ... logies.comNot sure what a 103 redirector is (I am a noob when it comes to this) but that I will find out shortly. Thanks for you adviseJaccoIf you are running Apache on Linux you can perform a 301 redirect like so:- Create a file called .htaccess in the root of your server if it does not exist already.- Add the following line to the file .htaccess:Code: [ Select ]Sorted! Thanks for your help peeps!
