When I first put my website online, http://www.clubfeet.net, google found me and listed me, pretty good (I know google list new sites very good for a week, then puts them where they should be)Then i changed my design and disapeared of google.I am still not on google. This has been 2 weeks, I complained to google, and now i have a list with just ,my website, no information.MSN Love me, I am top on most searches, google, I am nowhere. Can someone help me please.First of all, don't let anyone tell you that your site has beensandboxed, heh. There's no such thing.Second, I see no links to your site with either Google or Yahoo. You need backlinks!BompaI have asked a couple of sites, but their is only one real club foot site out there, the rest are just what someone built about their children, quick, here we go and leave jobs. What other sites can I get to link to me.I don't know anything about your subject matter, but it seems likeyou have the whole health field to whom you could exchange links.A good place to start is with directories.First look for health care specific directories, then go for the generaldirectories.search for 'foot conditions', 'foot ailments', etc etcdisabilities, running problems, etcopen your mind, think synonymsbut don't stay up too late hahaBompaTFI weekend, lolThank you, So their is nothing wrong with my site, just need links. Can I link to other sites nothing to do with my topic. (I have a few friends who own large sites)I think your site needs search engine optimization for better ranking in google. You should also add few good contents to get noticed by google and other search engine.Whats wrong with my content now, it doing pretty good for SEO on msn?clubfeet.net wrote:main keywords you can see on the Meta Tags, If i had to choose only one, it would be club feet.I heard about the site when i was in hospital and through luck of trying clubfeet.co.uk, clubfoot.co.uk etc."Club Feet is a deformity of the feet or foot", sorry, but I REALLY had to laugh, I was expecting to see a website for some fetish nightclub when I saw the URL I really wouldn't worry about the fact that you've not got a good ranking yet. Google likes to see some kind of track record before it really likes to promote a site. You only registered the domain on October 26th, '05, and it's only registered UNTIL October 26th '06.The first thing I'd do is renew it to last till at least 2008. When a new domain name shows up, Google likes to see that you have enough faith in your own site to stick with it for a few years. The way they see it : If you can't show that faith in yourself to Google, why should Google show any faith in you?I'd personally expand the title tag a bit more on your homepage.Rather than just "Club Feet" (both of those keywords are in your domain name anyway, and all over your page), how about "Club Feet - A Resource for those blah blah blah", or "Club Feet - What it is, how it affects you, etc, etc". Expand on it a lil bit. Don't go too long, maybe 8-10 words total, but include associated words that people would be searching for."Club" and "Feet"/"Foot" are EXTREMELY competitive words (especially club). You're competing against night clubs, fan clubs and loose gatherings of people who call themselves "clubs", shoe manufacturers, foot fetishists, etc. Even "Club feet" is a pretty competitive term (Google reports 25.1 million results). The results that are coming up top are similarly related to your site (not just random sites about nightclubs that happen to include the word feet, for example), but with 25.1 million results you've got a LOT of competition to try to beat. The #1 result has been around since June 2000, and every couple of years they're renewing for another couple of years. Google likes longevity. The #1 result undoubtedly has gathered a lot of backlinks in the last 5 n' a bit years, again, helping its rankings. The best thing to do, is look at all your competition, see what THEY'RE doing. Don't just look at the top ones either, look at the ones ranking #300 or #1000, and see what they're doing that could be causing them to rank so badly, and try to not make thhe same mistakes try google site mapit may helphttps://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/login
