Is there a way I can make google crawl and index each new post and topic in my forum almost immediately?
if this can happen then I am step further in my forum promotion

If you mean it, Google itself indexes V7n forum very fast and it doesn't need that you do something special that Google indexes V7n posts. For example this thread you made, is indexed now on Google.
