Hi all,
Good design is part of the startegy one must adopt to keep his visitors stick to their site. But the question is, is it a requirement for search engine postion?
Yes it is. But in this case its not the beauty that counts. Its the optimization that counts. Keyword is the buzzword. Then y not a page filled wth 500 keywords is not even cached by seach engines? There is a percentage limit to which keywords must be found in the site. Typically SEs go for 6-7% keyword density. Then there is meta tags, they may not be as much important as keywords or back links, but they can only do good. Then comes the alt property of the tags, fill those with keywords. They do 5% job by themselves.
