Gmail & *not* spam

I use a Gmail account to receive mail from my site's contact form. For the last few months it has decided that all mail from my site is spam and diverts it all to the spam box. There is a unique identifer in the subject line of all mails that I use to add a "label" to these mails, but I can see no option to make sure all these mails go to the inbox rather than the spam box.Any suggestions?Search Google for gmail spam filters. There are a ton of hits.Do you honestly think that I haven't tried that?Yeah, tons of hits on how to filter out spam. The problem is that I want to filter IN things that are NOT spam ... It seems a common problem, but no one has a simple working solution. The "not spam" button does not seem to be teaching the filters on how to recognise the things I am marking as non-spam.If emails from your site filtered to spam find last one and mark it as Not Spam Futher all mails should go to inboxI didn't think you tried it because so many people don't search their problems or error messages before they post. Yes, it is a common problem. I've heard complaints about yahoo and AOL as well. I don't know of any filter that works 100%. Here's a long shot you might want to try. I wonder if adding your site to the hosts file may help. Otherwise, is there a [email protected] address? After all, it's their filter.Zwirko,Other than keep clicking "Not Spam" in an (I expect futile) effort to retrain the filters to stop thinking your mail is spam, you could change your contact form so that the "from" header is always a known address, then add that address to your contacts. You'd then have to append the email address you were given to the end of the message body.Gmail Help wrote:Yeah, you seem to be on to something there. The from address seems to be (although not in all cases) the problem. Mail from Yahoo accounts is invariably trashed, for example.Anyway, thanks guys. Some angles to explore.Hi !I think Gmail is a very good service provider as compare to the latest Yahoo Mail Beta interface and Windows Live Hotmail.
