Getting sites name out

I just started a new proxy service at <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.highschoolproxy.com">www.highschoolproxy.com</a><!-- w --> and have had some traffic but not would like more to go to the site. I have done a little bit of posting on forums and what not about the site but it has done little. What are some tips to reach my target audience? Thanks
