Getting listed in Google

Our site is up for about 3 months now and within 15 days we were listed high in MSN for our keywords but not for Google. Anything special to be done for Google? We have done the usual OnPage Optimization and have several backlinks. Thanks in advance.Similar problem, though we are listed high in Yahoo but not in Google.Anybody please help.Google likes quality related on way backlinks. I had my site up over 4 months and Google would crawl, crawl, crawl, but no indexing. My site had PR and backlinks, tried everything. Had sitemaps, robots.txt, everything in place. I finally decided to submit a reinclusion request in case the people who owned the domain before me were banned by google. Moreover there's a concept of google sandbox for the new sites.
