I really need a skin for my version of vB! But nobody has made any. Where can I get some, or can I convert previous versions of skins to my version? Please help, the default theme is very lame!

Thanks,
erc

Just upload any 3.7.x style click the ignore box, you might then have a box at the top of main admincp page saying "you have out of date templates" (or something like that) take alook and make the minor adjustments needed. (be carefull if just reverting)

OR

Update to latest version.

OR

Wait till gold version comes out as thats what most designers are waiting for till they update their styles,
vB say that rc3 should be the last rc and so the next release will be Gold which to be honest shouldnt be to long.

If you mean.......
Latest version:
Upload to root overwriting original files and run /install/upgrade.php

If you mean.......
3.7.x style:
Where ever the instructions tell you to

NSTRUCTIONS ON INSTALLATION::

1. Extract ZIP folder.
2. Upload the UT folder to your forum root.
3. Log into your admin control panel.
4. Choose Styles -> Download/Upload Styles
5. Under Import Style XML File, click on "Browse..."
6. Find the xml folder (from the ZIP you downloaded). Select the file that ends with .xml (there should be only one file).
7. Click Import

And then I click import and get...

This file was created using a different version of vBulletin from the one you are running.

Your version: 3.7.0 Beta 6
File version: 3.7.0 Beta 5

Your root is either:
yoursite.com/
or
yoursite.com/forum (or whatever subfolder you put vB into)

when uploading xml file tick the "ignore version?" box

I did mention that in my original post ;)

ok go to:
admincp>>Styles & Templates>>Style Manager>>yourstyle

scroll down to "Image Paths" section and look at what it says and place the UT folder where it states

it should say something like:
UT/misc/....

by the sounds of it it say:
images/misc/....

What style are you using?
