get tags from custom blog as XML and import into wordpress

i am creating XML from custom blog entries, and making my XML according to WXR(wordpress extended XML format)everything is wrokign fine, i am successfully able to import my blog entries to wordpress as posts, but the issue is how can import tags with postsany idea ?**should i paste any-code or XML as reference or you get the idea ?
