Get out of the sandbox quicker.

Subject line says it all. I found this interesting article that provides some tips today.http://www.americanchronicle.com/articl ... cleID=5062Hey! thanks for the links... Uh oh...I think I found an industry where Google allows you to surpass the sandbox much quicker than in other areas. For those of you that read the thread below, Nuclei spoke about his article site being positioned high in Google very quickly. And now...if you read this article, they are also have an article related site that ranked very well pretty quickly. This could mean that this industry's sandbox effect is either very low or non existent. Here is the previous thread...you'll have to dig for the posts:http://www.ozzu.com/other-google-information-and-resources/how-can-change-url-without-losing-good-google-rankings-t55244.htmlheehee - I had nearly forgotten about that thread. Man that was a good one for sure. As for the article driven sites, to me it only makes logical sense. I mean think about how quickly, they build up high quality content. And done correctly, think of all the keyword relevence potential there. I fully intend to experiment with this concept on my new site. The only thing I provided public was the link in my signature two days ago when I put up my index page at http://www.atnoproductions.com which I did about 3 PM. I included a link to it at Boasting Rights and my old ATNOPro site and in my sig here. Then last night I started putting together content pages and putting them in my root directory and will continue doing so until I have the finished product ready to go live. Much of the site will be tutorial and article driven. As of 8:30 PM only a little over 24 hours after putting it online, I already had 28 unique visitors, 31 visits.I've already been visited by Google, AskJeeves, and Inktomi, and although the site itself is not indexed in any engine yet, a search for atnoproductions.com at Yahoo already yields 1 result. I'll keep you updated on how quickly (or slowly) things happen. Also, I avoided the obvious no-no of only registering the name for one year and initially purchased it for two. I would have gone for 5, but it was all I could afford to do two. After two days, now have 48 uniques from a dozen different countries, and although all referals so far have come from my OZZU sig, MSN now also found meAnd now, within 48 hours of putting the site online, it's listed at Googlehttp://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=at ... gle+Searchhttp://www.google.com/search?num=20&hl= ... tnG=SearchWoohoo. That's the fastest I've ever had a site indexed.Remember though, the previous thread was the speed of high positioning, not the speed of getting indexed...though 48 hours is a very good time. I'm with you. I'll be checking a variety of things, but withing 48 hours to have the sitename ranked number 1 of 10,300 results AND to have just plain ATNO give a number 5 result of 159,000 that's pretty encouraging.http://www.google.com/search?num=20&hl= ... tnG=SearchNow I just need to focus on some other keywords, and work them into the content I'm developing on the backend and monitor their progress in the serps//edit - I just looked again and the search for ATNO now yields the number 1 result too!
