Get a value from an element located in a <script> from website

There's a script on a website when you view the page source.( I'm talking about facebook)Right now I'm just showing the code I'm interested in .\[code\]<script>bigPipe.onPageletArrive({"content":{"pagelet_sidebar":["ChatOrderedList","m598697_65","m598697_66","m598697_67","m598696_63"],\/7","WTwoP","M2hRu",]</script>\[/code\]How can I get in a string array all those strings "m598697_65","m.."etc.. by using the tag "ChatOrderedList".I have no idea how this can be done
