generating XML from SQL Server

Hi,I am new to Microsoft and SQL server. Can somebody tell me how do I queryan SQL Server 2000 database and return an XML Document. I want the returnedXML document to conform to a schema that I specify. Where and how do I mapthe table fields to the Tag names specified in the Schema? Any help is appreciated.Thanks
