Could someone in the know tell me how difficult it is to read and create XML files without using 3rd party parsers. I have some PowerBuilder experience and hope to be able to create code to import an XML file to my database as well as export data from my database to an XML file. This process will hopefully be automated.
Is XML creation easy enough to do?
