So I've got some divs, layered one above the next. This div is positioned absolutely, and I'm finding a bug in IE only. This div holds an image. On IE when the page is first loaded sometimes the box will extend way off to the right, but when the page is reloaded, scrolled, or sometimes just clicked on, the div snaps right into place.
You can see the behavior at:
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://test.game-instructions.com/">http://test.game-instructions.com/</a><!-- m -->
The CSS file is at <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://test.game-instructions.com/css/external/default.css">http://test.game-instructions.com/css/e ... efault.css</a><!-- m -->
I thought I heard of this bug once before, but I can't seem to find any reference to it anywhere. Has anyone heard of this bug before, or even better yet, know how to fix it?I tried out your page in IE 5.0, 5.5 & 6.0 and didn't get the error you described. Could you provide a screen shot of the error in action?IE5 screenshotWoah.. IE5 looks like hell.
I'm really starting to hate this decision to go all XHTML/CSS instead of tables.I don纾
