Frontpage question

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask a frontpage question, but here goes:

I'm new to frontpage so this problem is probably very simple:
I created a web and want to publish it. Yet I keep getting an error when FP tries to load my web onto the server. It says:
This operation requires author permission for www.nltdesign.com:80

www.nltdesign.com is the site I'm trying to publish to. It asks for username and password which I am giving it. However, it doesn't seem to work. I can't get past this message!

Help!

Thanks,
Ms.Hebridesyou might want to check to see if you can use frontpage to upload your site. most ISP say you can and are setup for it. you will need to ask them.Do you receive any FTP error codes (3 digit number)? This would help pin-point the problem. It could be, as Scoutt says, to do with the FP extensions not being supported on your server. Are you using them? Failing that it might be a generic connectivity problem. Can you ftp directly to the site, using ftp form the command line or a FTP program?THANKS to both persons who answered my question. It was a problem at the hosting level. My web hosting company made me the "fp administrator" for my site and I was able to publish my web.
