From .blogspot.com to .com domain. I have some questions

I'm plannig to switch from blogspot to a .com domain.

1.?Will I loose all my traffic, search engine ranking (wich is great right now), and my alexa ranking?

2.Is it worth it?

3. Is there are domain company that accepts MoneyBookers or e-gold? Because my PayPal is limited because of my country.
