Say once a day? How often do everyone else do it? If you can manage the time...each one every day.....for best results... according to me just do it on regular basis ....just if u are doing 2 links then do 2 link per day ..... I implement it on a daily basis. As much as possible, I submit to directories regulary. But it also depends on the status of your site, if you need to gain more backlinks, I suggest you spend more time in link building. You can submit to massive directories and post blogs daily. What do u mean by submitting to Blog? I'd nt spend much time on directory submission though, article submission is not that useful either so u just need to do it once in a while There is no set frequency / pattern of doing these things. The key to success is to do spread these over time evenly.

Not that "great post" kind of stuff...but value added comments.....
Articles work if you do more than "once in a while"...
Nothing works if you do not put some effort into your submissions....
And so do directory submissions.....

Article Submission
PowerPoint Presentation
Submission
Video Submission
& many more. So all you need to do is divide all these sub-processes into a number of days & complete the tasks.

Best Regards Do seo work on daily basis, suppose you are doing 10 directory + 1 article in 10 site + 10 social bookmarking for one project then continue it. Well, to my own experiance I'm trying to do each task everyday.l But it is very important not to overdo, otherwise you may get in the Google's Black list. Just try to manage your own schedule and follow it regulary.
