Is it possible to freeze panes on a Web site in FrontPage or HTML, etc.? I am using a top navigational bar, and would like it to remain on the top of the screen when you scroll down.<br />

You can do it with CSS too {position:fixed}, but IE is buggy with it and require eg a JavaScript workaround to get the same effect.<br />
