Good Luck.<!--content-->All the free web hosts (including geocities) that I know of allow the use of CSS. CSS is just another way of formatting a page's layout (okay that's a very simple explanation of a complex subject) and is harmless and will actually save server space.<br />

Certainly, I would be incredibly surprised to hear of a web host, paid unpaid whatever, that would disallow use of CSS. I'd suggest that they couldn't even easily prevent its use.<br />

It's scripts such as cgi or perl and some languages such as ASP or PHP that most of them don't allow.<br />
