Hello, I've been searching for a place to let me get a free VBulletin forum, but I really need help. I want to start my own VBulletin forum, but I've never had enough money. What I'll do to the site: I will be on 5 hours everday, post everyday...of course, and I'll advertise the site.
If no-one can offer a free VBulletin forum, I'm willing to help one. And If you allow me to have my own Free VBulletin forum, I'll actually make it about World War 3, and it will be the first one!
