Hey guys; few things...
1) Looking for an EXTREMLY LIGHT forums set,
that allows for UNLIMITIED sub-forums per forum.
Perferbly has categories too, but if not I don't care.
As well, EXTREMELY easy to customize; I've tried
IPB Forums and phpBB but couldn't figure out how
to skin either one
2) An EXTREMELY LIGHT links directory set;
where I can set the header template file, plus footer etc.
This way it can VERY VERY easily blend into my site.
The reason is I want each "category" to be a template
and then basicly each one lists diff version; i.e., a
PHP/mySQL one and a static HTML one etc.; also has option 4 Download .
Can anybody point anything
that can help me out here?
As well, I'm looking for a way, for my personal site,
to make a login script for cPanel's default neomail...
Anybody know a way to do this? so it'll automaticly log
you into Neomail when you fill out a little form etc. ?
<EDIT>Edited the title, as I assume the
reason nobody has replied because the
title makes it look like dirty spam</EDIT>changed title; *sigh* someone
please answer, don't assume its SPAM.<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.hotscripts.com/">http://www.hotscripts.com/</a><!-- m --> - you might find your forum over there, there are bound to be some that are as customizable as you want them
as for the link directory, i take it you want a PHP powered one?
you could try making your own or see if hotscripts has anything of any use
sorry i can't be of much more help well, the forum software I use minibb (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.minibb.net">http://www.minibb.net</a><!-- m -->) is very very light and easy customize. In all honesty, it's not the best thing since sliced breat though.Originally posted by Low_Overhead

Okay I looked @ miniBB and it was AWSOME!
Exactly the thing I'm looking for, after IPB;
reason I'm ditching IPB is well, its not the most easiest to customize.
Anyways-- I tried to install, wouldn't work;
kept saying admin userid/pass incorrect?
I know it was correct, because same exact
thing worked PERFECTLY on my personal XP comp...
Anyways, I found the perfect forums script,
called 'punBB' over @ punBB.org
Within 20mins or so I had it FULLY
customized to my site looks, background image and all.
As for the links directory, yes PHP one;
I'm going to try *once* more making one, b4 I Download one,
I guess; maybe my dutchie forum-making friend can help yay, glad you found something that worked For your links directory try...
