Framed by frames. Please help!

Please help! Here it is:<br />
my index(home) page has no frames. But there is a link to the frameset(pic gallery)from it. I tryed to put a link to the home page from one of the frmes(index) but it opens it inside of it What should I do?? How do I get back home?<br />
