Frame reloads constantly on MAc OS

I have flash movie in a frame that should run once when the site is loaded for the first time. This is a name crawler with some nav buttons. Under IE it works fine. But, on MAC OS it reloads constantly, appears to be looping even though "param=loop" is set to "false". Can anyone tell me how to make it behave.
