This was a request and has been filed. xml only as this skin is already posted here on this site and I see no reason to upload it again when only 3.7.3 xml was needed.

Forum Monky -Consoul is set for regluar board example: xxx.yoursite.net/styles

PS3Head is set for boards example: xxx.yoursite.com/forum/styles

3.7.2 xml on my 3.7.3 vb forum worked perfect for me, but I'll try your new 3.7.3 xml anyways.

mansonklan 3.7.2 will work as you say there was 5 template edits to be done so I did them as a member requested a 3.7.3 version...=)

Can someone teach me how to upload a skin and have it work right
im new to this, please.

V-I-X this is not the complete skin only an xml update. Please search for Consoul and when you locate the forummonkey version then donwload it. Also download this xml here as it is updated to 3.7.3

Once you have everything downloaded to your computer upload the folder ps3 to your main root on the server as such http://wxw.mysite.con/styles or http://wxw.mysite.com/forum/styles once you upload the folder then go to your admincp > styles > upload / download > then all else is pretty simple from there just import the xml file and go weeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!! then your done. =)
