Forum "Forum" button shows up error

Whenever i click on my "Forum" button, it redirects me to "http://stackedrubbish.com/forum/forum.php". Is there anyway to fix it so that it directs me to "http://stackedrubbish.com/forum.php" and not "http://stackedrubbish.com/forum/forum.php"

Much help needed here.

then chances are pretty good that it´s hardcoded in one of these templates:
navbar or header. Have a look there and see if you can find any reference pointing to forum.php, if in doubt post the code of those templates here so i can have a look
