Dear forum users I am looking to create a form which is very similar to the ones on ratedpeople.comI have only started to program in php a month ago and my boss has asked me to create a site which does something similar to this.the first form has many fields and the first one is what type of tradesmen do you wantwhen you choose a type the second field changes and the options within it are specific to this. so for example if i choose arial/network specialits from the first option the second option will show cctv, burgalar alram systems fitter and so on. thank you for any answers
