I have created a simple HTML form which sends a plain text e-mail to me when the user clicks the SUBMIT button. There are no scripts involved just the mailto: command.<br />

Anyway, the form works fine on all versions of Outlook Express and Outlook 2000 but does not work on Outlook 98. It just pops up a blank e-mail. Any ideas why???<br />

I can't use any scripts as the html form is being used OFFLINE.<br />
