form > 2 email - Help

I have a very simple form (3 text fields) which, when submitted needs to be sent to 2 seperate email addresses with additional text in the email (making it look like its been 'hand written') eg: "Hi Steve, here are some new details for you (DETAILS HERE) blah blah blah, thanks"<br />

Could any tell me the easiest way this can be achieved and what is needed.<br />

I am looking for the simplest to configure, I'm sure I could get PHP enabled on the server if this was easiest for example.<br />
