Force Reading of Rules

Please can someone point me in the right direction of the mod used to make sure that rules are read before someone makes their first post?

Also can you tell me if its possible that it makes all current members read them rules before they continue to post?

Options:
Before Accepting Rules User Can Not
View Forums
Create New Threads
Reply To Threads
Send PMs To Users

It also has a reset button so members already signed up have to accept aswell!

Cheers Hoxxy, I think thats exactly what I was after.

However im using vBulletin 3.7.0 Beta 6 and cannot see the option to enable it etc

its fixed itself
