I've been looking for this mod all over vbteam but i couldn't find the right solutions, please help.
Many users spam my forum, before ban them i want them to receive a final notice or warning message popup on their screen and force them to read or click OK before enter the forum or at the forumhome. Most spammers turn off their PM, i can't do nothing because they don't even read their PMs.
