Flashchat Wrong UserID n Pass

Well i've searched these forums , but at least from what i found at my search nothing was about this problem:

I'm running a Flashchat version 5.0.8 under a vb 3.8.0 beta 2 .
Some of the users are complaining that when they enter their login details in the flashchat pannel it tells them that their username or password is wrong..
I've searched trough flashchats options, but found nothing ... Also there is no vb 3.8 admin panel integration. The few vb 3.8. integrations require previous 3.7 integrations which cant be uploaded , because i have a vb 3.8...

My question is what actually can be causing this error... And maybe for a solution?
I know that i cant downgrade vb, or at least thats what i've been told.
Is there any other way? Maybe launch an older version of flash chat?
Or as a last measure to enable everyone to log in , but to requite a password to login as a mod or admin?

Is just the username is so long i t happens to me a lot but i made the caht appear in an iframe so automatically when you login in the forum you login in the chat : D is very useful, anyway iguess is the only solution to your problem
 
So actually you are saying that i should make it something like when a user logs in the flashchat appears under lets say the navbar or under the forums ?
I've been thinking of something like that, but do not know how to do it... xD Can someone help on that matter?
