I'm looking to create a template that has 2 layers. The top one is fixed. It's non scrolling. The bottom layer would be the layer that contains all of the text for the site and would be the one that scrolls down.<br />
I saw one example using "position:fixed" in CSS but the top layer looks too jumpy when you scroll down. Is there any way to do this with a smooth look to it?<br />
Oh, and due to the way my top layer is designed, using 2 frames aren't a possible solution.<br />
