[Fix] Rebuilt Bitfields Successfully

Ok, so I go to edit a usergroup and this message pops up "Rebuilt Bitfields Successfully" So I click to redirect and get starts a loop, and it just keeps rebulding. I am on 3.8.1 and have tried disabling all plugins and that didn't work.
 
I installed the following mods within the same 10 minute time frame.
Automatic Profile Commenter,
Automatic Thread Tagger,
Inactive User Reminder Emails,
iTrader,
KX-Meta tags,
Multiple Account Detection & Prevention,
Remember me box auto ticked,
UserCP Referral ID,
vbAnonymizer,
and finally vBSEO :: Sitemap Generator.
