fix needed please quick links

hi i have an problem if i click on the quick links button i get this link and get no links options :

http://www.yoursite/forum/?nojs=1#usercptools

and i get this option if a click that link :

Open Contacts Popup

any fix for this ?

get also this errors in the exploder i cant also get new topics and cant select smylies anyone fix this ?
ps i remove the real url link
