FF/IE Differences

Those are the links to my site and the css file for my site, respectively. If you look at the site in IE it looks great, but in FF there are a few things wrong with it. For one, there are white lines in the dropdown menu. And the menu doesn't reach all the way across (there's a little gap). And the last thing is that the background on the left only goes down as far as the content on the left, instead of to the very bottom of the page. (You can see this better if you go to <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.cityofpoulsbo.com/clerk/clerk.asp">http://www.cityofpoulsbo.com/clerk/clerk.asp</a><!-- m -->) If anyone can help with one or all of these problems, I'd really appreciate it. :)YOU:

-MikeIf it isn't working in FF then it's broken. Make it work in FF first, then adjust for IE. IE is the problem. You probably are using floats for the columns. IE is wrongly stretching the columns.YOU:
