favicon.ico is gettin on my nerves||Plz help 4 the last time||

Sorry guys,

1. I thought that it worked, as it did for few minutes!(Didnt work on explorer)
2. I restarted by Pc and then again it was gone.
3. I cleared all of my cache and cookies and all but again the same problem.


NOW WAT DA HELL SHOULD I DO???
