Yes, i do know HTML, and a pretty good understanding of it. <br />
But i can never figure out how people can get their sites super fancy looking. The only other way for me is to use templates on a stupid non html website program thing, which i dont like. <br />

basically once you know how to make layouts and splice images, etc, it comes down to how good of a designer you are.<br />
