I know the beta version is free, but when the final release comes, will ASP.NET still be free or do I have to pay a fee?<BR>Thanks<BR><BR>BjornThe .NET Framework will be free (of course you have to own Windows 2000 or Windows XP to use ASP.NET). Where Microsoft is planning on making its money is in sales of Windows XP and sales of Visual Studio .NET, but the SDK itself will be 100% free. (Note that you do not need VS.NET to create ASP.NET Web pages - any editor will do (even Notepad!).)
