Hi!I get requests from webmasters to exchange links between our sites. The problem is that when I am looking at their link pages it has no PR while their homepage had 4-5. My site has PR 3 . Is it smart to exchange links with those pages? There is anything that will be worth to check before making a decision about the exchange? Thanks in advance,Guy.Well its not harm to exchange link with 0 page rank sites. the only bad thing with them is that google read these link after a long time other than the ranked sites.Don't be so obssesed with PR. What is the ultimate basis of exchanging links - to obtain a better PR or to get more traffic? If the site you exchange links with can bring you traffic, it doesn't matter if it's PR0 or not. The probability of getting traffic from them would definitely be higher than expecting traffic from search engines.I would strictly go by relation. Is this site related to you? I will take any PR link that comes from a related site with a similiar or same category in DMOZ as my site.Just my opinion though.vetofunk wrote:Well that brings up a whole other issue. There are malicious webmaster's out there...you need to watch out for redirects, "no follow" tags and more.vetofunk wrote:Quote:
