excess white space

i have had to use frame, not out of choice, but never the less frames!!

the problem i have is that in the centre main content frame i have to have the scrolling set to auto as there are time when i desire scrolling, but on some of the other pages it comes up when i dont want it

there is exces white space at the bottom of the pages caused by some javascript which is a scrolling window, the text theoretically goes past the table boundaries however you cant see the text. the browser is allowing space for it as if it needs to!!

does anyone know how to either remove this white space so that the frame doesnt need to scroll, or set the scrolling on and off by onclick events from another frame to the one which is effected!!

go to http://www.dwsystems.co.uk/website/title.html

when you click in the approach or partners sections you will see the scroll bar on the rigth of the centre frame which is not needed, this is my prblem

please help me if you can, its the only problem i have left with the website to finish it!! its driving me potty
