Excel Sheet Generation issues in c#

The excel sheet which i am generating is not only rendering gridview content but also binding the whole page content along with the header part of the company the menu as well as attaching css with the excel file.which creating problem to open in Microsoft Excel 2003 ERROR:unable to read
