Events By Employee with FullCalendar plugin?

I was wondering if FullCalendar http://arshaw.com/fullcalendar/ is customizable enough to show events by employee per week.Like here http://blueprintlog.com/assets/marketing_2012/faq/milestones.gifI basically need to make the exact same calendar as this web site with the same features. If anyone has ever used fullcalendar, is it customizable enough to have these features?Thanks
