How do i activate the navbar in a new theme. Also what do i need to do to bring a new skin up to date , i am using the 3.72 premod from here. Should i retrace and readd all the mods to the new skin.
 
If your looking to add a new style you will have to do any template edits that your hacks require to the new styles templates.

Does your new style not have a navbar? If not, it is probably using the header template. To add a navbar to your forum, find this code in your navbar template:

This will add the default vBulletin navbar which you can edit.
