I'm brokering this site for a friend.

This site up for auction has huge potential for the right person or company. It was launched back in October 2005. Database consist of mysql, access 2000, access 97. Last 9 months, there has been two different owners, previous owner has sold approximately 40 copies of this article database through webmaster forums and via website. Current owner purchased this site at $1350. Have not been promoting the site or has any time so it's been sitting neglected. Owner like to least recoup the investment on this site at any cost at the moment.
Traffic Details:
The site is not being promoted, no traffic!. Previously, all the traffic came from word of mouth, selling on webmaster related forums, and using adwords and overture. Not much to show for traffic stats.
Revenue Details:
For the write owner, with advertising, this site can create monthly income easily. You can charge what ever the price you want for the database. It is paypal system, automatically receive payment, and send out landing page to download the webarticle database.
Ownership: You have full resale rights for this database + website contents + domain name.
Webarticles Database comes from Odditysoftware that cost $220 for resale rights.
