You can't continue until keygen.php has not replaced value



what do i do

Run http://yoursite.com/keygen.php

Then, copy the customer number and place it when you install vBulletin.

...but first, CHMOD all files and directories to 777, run the keygen, then CHMOD all files back to 644 and directories back to 755, then run /install/install.php.
