Error functions.php

I have moved a forum to another webhost. I change config.php.

Then i see this:

I upload tools.php in de admin directory, but when i go to tools.php i see a blank page...

I think its not on correct path.

What was the path before?

public_html/ ??

The path before was /domains/****l/htdocs/www/

And the path now is /name
And i try /www/test/

Same results
