Entropychat Trouble

I installed entropychat link on a page for a colleague to use in her class some time ago--it was working fine then, but now doesn't seem to work at all--the link just times out.

Any advice or ideas?

Here's the page
http://www.mountebank.org/isserles
Noticed mine is down too.

Went in and looked at the code on the page and compared it to what now shows in the entropy chat area of cpanel. Looks like I might need to update the code in the web page. Can't try that until I get home later.

Before you change out your code (if you do), make a copy of the current code in case you need it again.

My problem is RESOLVED!!!!

I opened a ticket yesterday for my employers's chat interface and the one on my personal site, different servers. BOTH fixed within a very SHORT period of time.

If you have not opened a ticket on it, do so and mention which server you are on. Chances are your situation is the same as mine and has been or can be resolved in short order!!
Hi All,

Any suggestions on how to make the entropychat anymore attractive? It looks so minimal and so spaced out on the page.

Thanks,
Mary Beth
Sorry. Entrophychat is what it is. Plain and simple.

If you would like a dressier chat interface, there are other options.
Try the phpMyChat interface (also in your cpanel) and see if it suits your needs instead.
