I have posted my blue version "enlightenblue" for v3.7 RC4 The original psds are in the attachment so just use them to make orange search for enlightenblue

No sorry its a rip and I got the psds from older version but in header template look for: PHP: <table width="780" border="0" and replace 780 with 100% that should make it fluid full width..
