Enable Visitor Messaging for all users

Hello everyone,

How can I enable visitor messaging for all users on vBulletin® Version 3.7.0 Release Candidate 1?

Manually would take too long because I have around the 200 members.

For example of my error:

I used SMF Import function.

Please stop bumping, just edit your post.
You need to "know" how to edit your usergroups permissions.

i think he just wants to send 1 pm to all users in one go... you can do this with the mass pm modification if this is what your looking for

No, I know all that stuff but I upgraded my SMF to vBulletin.
New users that register have that option enabled all ready.
