Email Form - Sending a File

If I want a form that sends an image as well as a formatted email, what's the best way to do it? I'm pretty familiar with forms, but I've never requested a file and then sent the file with the form. My server supports CDONTS - is this the best way?<!--content-->What server side language are you using?<!--content-->I'm using ASP. It is an NT server, so I'm glad you asked.<!--content-->
